Transactional email domain — operated by Thornwood Digital, Utah

The email domain behind the websites we build.

thornwoodmail.com does one job. When a website built and managed by Thornwood Digital needs to send email — a contact-form notification, a booking confirmation, a receipt — the message leaves from here, on the website owner's behalf.

01 — What this is

A sending domain, kept separate on purpose.

Thornwood Digital is a web design and AI automation studio in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The websites we build for local businesses need to send email: a form comes in and the owner gets notified, a customer books and gets a confirmation. Rather than send that mail from each client's own domain and risk their reputation, every one of those messages goes out through thornwoodmail.com — one domain we own, authenticate, and monitor.

01

Only transactional mail

Notifications, confirmations, receipts. Never a newsletter, never a list.

02

Sent for named businesses

Each message carries the client business as the sender name and their inbox as reply-to.

03

Fully authenticated

SPF, DKIM and a strict DMARC policy are published, so mailbox providers can verify what's ours.

02 — Why you got an email

Three reasons a message from here lands in your inbox.

If none of them fit, skip to the last one.

  1. 01

You filled out a form on a business's website

Some of the sites we build send you a copy or confirmation of what you submitted. The business's name is on the message, and replying goes to them.

  2. 02

You own a website we built

Your contact-form notifications, booking alerts and site reports arrive from this domain. Add no-reply@thornwoodmail.com to your safe senders so nothing lands in spam.

  3. 03

Neither — and the message looks off

We don't send marketing, and we never ask for passwords or payment by email. If a message claims to be from this domain and asks for either, don't act on it. Our DMARC policy tells mailbox providers to quarantine forgeries, and you can report the message to us through the contact page below.

03 — Privacy

A relay, not a reader.

What passing through this domain does and doesn't mean for your information.

thornwoodmail.com is plumbing. When you submit a form on a website we built, the site hands the message to this domain, and this domain delivers it to the business that owns the website. Thornwood Digital does not monitor, read, or use the contents of that mail. Your conversation is with the business, not with us.

  1. 01

Nobody at Thornwood Digital reads your messages

Form contents are addressed to the website owner and delivered to them. We don't review them, mine them, or use them for marketing, and we never sell or share them.

  2. 02

    Replies never touch this domain

Every message carries the business's own inbox as its reply-to address, so when you or the business replies, that email goes directly between the two of you. The no-reply address receives nothing.

  3. 03

    What the relay keeps

A delivery record of each form submission, so the website owner can see their own inquiries in their client dashboard. That record belongs to the website owner, is used only to deliver and show them their submissions, and is governed by that business's privacy policy along with Thornwood Digital's.
